OrthoVoyage ("we", "us", "our") is a medical tourism concierge service that coordinates orthopaedic care at EU-accredited partner clinics. We are not a healthcare provider. Our registered address is in Riga, Latvia, European Union.

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number
  • Health information: details about your medical condition, procedure preferences, and waiting times (provided via our assessment quiz)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages (collected via cookies and analytics)
  • Communication records: messages you send to us via WhatsApp, email, or phone

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide you with a personalised treatment assessment and cost estimate
  • Coordinate your care with our partner clinic(s)
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry and treatment options
  • Improve our website and services through analytics

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, and for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us. Medical coordination records may be retained for up to 10 years in line with clinical follow-up obligations.
