Payment terms: a 20% deposit paid directly to the hospital secures the date. The balance is due at least 2 working days before surgery, or by card or cash on admission. If you cancel for an important reason at least 72 hours before the operation, the deposit is refunded within 14 days. Quotes are valid for 90 days.
Which operation and which implant you need is decided by the surgeon after reviewing your case, so treat this list as a guide to budget, not a menu.
Frequently asked questions
Are these prices fixed?
They are the hospital's list prices, and your written quote is valid for 90 days. The price is set in euros, so the pound figure moves with the exchange rate.
Who do I pay?
The hospital, directly. Your deposit and payment go to the hospital's own bank account at its list price, not to OrthoVoyage.
Is physiotherapy included?
For hip, knee and shoulder replacement, up to seven outpatient physiotherapy sessions are included. For arthroscopy, meniscus repair, rotator cuff repair and ACL reconstruction it is not part of the listed price — ask for it to be itemised.
