1. About OrthoVoyage
OrthoVoyage is a medical tourism concierge service. We coordinate orthopaedic treatment at EU-accredited partner clinics on behalf of patients. We are not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
OrthoVoyage provides:
- Initial assessment coordination and cost estimates
- Liaison between you and our partner clinic(s)
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Personal coordinator throughout your journey
- Post-treatment follow-up coordination
All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are made by qualified medical professionals at our partner clinic(s). OrthoVoyage is not responsible for clinical outcomes.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your medical history
- Have valid travel documents for travel to Latvia (EU)
- Be medically fit for travel (confirmed during pre-assessment)
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices shown on our website are indicative and subject to confirmation after your medical assessment
- Final pricing is provided in a written quote and must be agreed before any booking is confirmed
- Package prices include the items listed in the package description; flights are not included unless explicitly stated
- Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement
- Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and EUR (€); exchange rate fluctuations may apply
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel at any time before your treatment date
- Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your service agreement
- If the partner clinic cancels or cannot perform the procedure, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost
- Travel and accommodation costs already incurred may not be refundable (dependent on provider terms)
6. Medical Disclaimer
OrthoVoyage does not provide medical advice. Information on our website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on our website.
The decision to undergo surgery abroad is yours alone. We strongly recommend consulting your GP or specialist before proceeding.
7. Limitation of Liability
- OrthoVoyage acts solely as a coordinator and intermediary between you and the partner clinic
- We are not liable for any clinical outcomes, complications, or medical malpractice — these are the responsibility of the treating clinic and its medical professionals
- We are not liable for losses arising from flight cancellations, travel disruptions, visa issues, or force majeure events
- Our total liability shall not exceed the coordination fees paid to OrthoVoyage
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling for surgery. Your policy should cover:
- Medical treatment abroad (including orthopaedic surgery)
- Repatriation
- Trip cancellation
- Extended stay due to medical complications
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of OrthoVoyage or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
